A pair of identical twins in the UK has been accused of punching a man - even though the victim has no clear idea which one it was.
Gavin and Rhys Higgins both attended a rugby club party in the town of Blaengarw, when one of them allegedly assaulted 40-year-old Darryl Churchill.
"It was one of the twins - I don't know which one," Churchill told Cradiff Crown Court.
The 21-year-old twins both deny the assault.
The BBC has reported Mr Churchill told the court he was set upon by one of the twins in a dispute over a pool match.
He told the court he was "punched and kicked" and needed an operation to straighten a kink in his nose.
"Someone came up to the table and tapped me on the shoulder," Churchill said.
"It was one of the twins and he said: 'Remember me at the pool match? Come outside'."
The victim said even though he refused to go outside with the brothers, one struck him from the side when he went to the toilet.
Asked which twin had dealt the first blow, he told the jury: "I don't know, they both look the same to me."
Rhys Higgins claims it was Mr Churchill who instigated the dispute.
'I'm not a fighting man," Rhys Higgins said.
"Darryl Churchill is someone I'm scared of. If he was walking down the street I would cross the road."
The court heard the alleged victim was in the club for a ten-year-old birthday party with his young son.
Gavin Higgins denied being involved in the alleged altercation.
" 'I didn't know the guy at all," Gavin said.
"He was staring at me in the evening and said: 'I'll be round your house in the morning'."
The twins both deny one charge of assault causing actual bodily harm.
