Australian Infrastructure Fund has raised $106 million from the institutional leg of a $211 million capital raising.
The fund will issue 96.7 million new stapled securities under a one for two entitlement offer to institutions at $1.10 per security.
The remainder of capital raising will be sought from retail investors.
The retail entitlement offer has been fully underwritten and will raise about $105 million through the issue of 95.5 million new securities.
