Air New Zealand has won summary judgment against Air Niugini for almost $500,000.
Air NZ sued for non-payment of the money for maintenance and service work carried out on aircraft which the Papua New Guinea national carrier disputed.
However, a judgment from the High Court in Auckland found in favour of Air NZ and ordered Air Niugini to pay $462,857.
