A search is under way for a New Zealand tourist missing off the north Queensland coast.
Water police and a rescue helicopter are searching an area of the Whitsunday islands after a man fell from his vessel overnight.
Police say the man fell from a boat moored at Marcona Inlet, at Hook Island, around 12.50am (AEST) on Saturday.
RACQ Central Queensland Rescue says the missing man is a tourist from New Zealand who was aboard a charter boat.
