A woman who won lotto when she was just 16 and spent it all on property, clothes, cars and drugs is now pregnant with twins – and says it’s the best thing that has ever happened to her.

Callie Rogers was living in foster care when she became Britain's youngest ever lottery winner in 2003 - taking home an incredible £1.9 million.

Callie immediately went on a huge spending spree, buying cars and properties for family and friends, spending thousands of pounds on clothes and hair extensions, and paying a friend to act as her chauffeur because she was too young to drive.

But the spending soon got out of control as Callie spent £11,500 on breast implants and developed an expensive cocaine habit.

She even posed nude for a British men's mag, with only some five pound notes to cover her up.

"I made bad choices with men as I was young and stupid, and I was partying to the point where I was totally out of control. Looking back I am horrified by the choices I made," she told The Daily Mail.

Callie's bad habits led to the breakdown of her relationship with the father of her two children, a battle with depression, and three suicide attempts.

But Callie, now 25, says she's grown up, and says she can’t wait to welcome her twins into the world.

"I’m so excited about having my boys," she told the Sunday Mirror.

"It’s the best gift anyone could ever have given me and far better than ever winning the jackpot."

Callie says she's learned a valuable lesson that money can't buy you happiness, insisting she’s more content now than she ever was as a young millionaire.

Callie says she's turned her life around thanks to her new partner, and her new outlook on life.

"I might not have any of my millions left, but I have met the man of my dreams and together we are about to have twins and both of us could not be more excited."
