Girl bashed and robbed in Napier park
A 13-year-old girl was bashed and her backpack stolen in a Napier park on Saturday.
The girl was knocked to the ground by man around 12.30pm in Anderson Park.
He then grabbed the girl's backpack and fled towards Kennedy Road, police said.
The man is described as possibly European of solid or stocky build and about 170cm tall, wearing a black bandanna, a black hoodie and black pants.
