Man critical after grandstand fall

A young man is critically ill after falling 20 metres from a grandstand in central Hamilton on Tuesday afternoon.
The 25-year-old Mount Maunganui man is being assessed at Waikato Hospital and is in a critical condition, a hospital spokeswoman told NZ Newswire.
Crews have been dismantling the grandstands around the race track in central Hamilton used for last month's round of the V8 Supercars.The world in pictures
