The wife of internet piracy accused Kim Dotcom wants her $200,000 Mercedes SUV back, despite not having a driver's licence.
Mona Dotcom, 23, has applied to the courts for the return of her belongings seized when her 38-year-old husband was arrested during a raid on their mansion north of Auckland in January.
Dotcom, free on bail awaiting a hearing on his extradition to the US to face the piracy charges, has already been allowed $20,000 a month in living expenses, but now Mrs Dotcom says police should return her belongings.
In papers filed with North Shore District Court she wants her G55 Mercedes Benz returned, which had just 234km on the clock, the New Zealand Herald reports.
Dotcom has revealed in court documents his wife does not have a driver's licence.
She also told the court she wants a 21st birthday present of small and large matching Christian Colin fibre-glass sculptures of a face to be returned. The larger face is valued at $100,000.
Other items include watches, a laptop, iPhone and jewellery case.
Mrs Dotcom said she had no involvement in Megaupload, and she believed her husband's business was above board.
Mrs Dotcom's request also revealed the household costs of the Coatesville mansion, which is home to the couple and their five children and her two young brothers:
