The local consortium vying for the Crafar Farms is still pushing forward with legal action against Government ministers.
The ministers announced last week they were accepting the bid from Chinese investors Pengxin Group.
The consortium, led by Sir Michael Fay, sought a court injunction last week, however they struck a deal on the proviso their lawyers could have an urgent phone conference with the judge today.
