ANZ branch in Christchurch robbed

Police are looking for a man, believed to be in his twenties, following a bank robbery in Christchurch on Monday.

The man entered the ANZ bank in Ferry Road carrying a bag and approached a teller demanding money about 3.20pm, Detective Sergeant Al Lester said.

A small sum of money was taken and the female teller was not injured.

Police are looking for tall male Caucasian of medium-to-slim build.
