A blueprint for Christchurch's new city centre will be ready within 100 days. Earthquake Recovery Minister Gerry Brownlee is setting a deadline that coincides with the start of the London Olympics and says the race is on to replace the ruins left by last year's February 22 earthquake. The blueprint will be drafted by a new unit within the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority and led by its operations manager Warwick Isaacs.
