Listed in the ‘Rogue’ section, the North Korean leader’s nomination begins with “Villainy is often in the eye of the beholder”. While Un has yet to prove his villainy, he is on the opposite end of the pop culture spectrum to the likes of fellow list-ers Rhianna and Adele.
