Credit rating agency Moody's has downgraded 16 Spanish banks, cutting their ratings by between one and three notches. And Fitch has downgraded debt-crippled Greece deeper into junk territory, warning of a probable Greek exit from the euro currency if next month's elections produce an anti-bailout government.
