The naked man who was shot dead by police while high on drugs and eating the face of another man has been revealed as 31-year-old Rudy Eugene. Mr Eugene's victim remains in a critical condition in a Miami hospital with serious injuries to his face. The victim, who has not been identified but is thought to be a homeless man, is missing most of the skin on his face, his nose has been bitten and his eyes gouged.
