A 15-year-old boy died at a public pool after trying to break his own record for holding his breath underwater. Reiss Morgan died in a 'tragic accident' at the bottom of a public pool in Essex, a coroner has found. Staff at the pool tried to save Reiss after he passed out underwater, but he was pronounced dead shortly after. Reiss' distraught parents have waited three years for answers on their son's 2009 death, which has finally been ruled an accident.
