The woman accused of being behind the wheel of a car when her passenger allegedly shot at a policeman, narrowly missing him, has been released on bail. Nadia Ball, 20, appeared in Auckland District Court on Monday, charged as a party to the unlawful possession of a pistol, after she was arrested on Sunday evening. Her lawyer says she will defend the charge and she was released on bail, with a 24-hour curfew, Radio New Zealand reports.
