ACC chairman John Judge will be replaced by an acting chairperson, amidst a scandal over privacy breaches and the handling of claimants' cases at the agency. ACC Minister Judith Collins says Mr Judge will remain as chairman until June 30, "to complete the financial year", although he takes up the role of chairman at ANZ National Bank on June 23.
