Struggles with staff

The Employment Relations Authority is often called upon to settle contentious disputes - but the shoe was on the other foot in this case. CrestClean, a Dunedin-based cleaning company, has been waiting for nearly a year for a dispute to be setlled and wants a ministerial inquiry into the authority.
