But perhaps the most baffling case goes to a American man, who was awarded $25 million, after enduring years of racial harassment and tormenting in his job at ArcelorMittal in New York, a Luxembourg-based steel company. Elijah Turley, an African-American, testified in a three-week trial that racial slurs and other incidents from 2005 to 2008 left him a broken man.
