Police have arrested two men following vandalism to a memorial to slain Paeroa pizza shop owner Jordan Voudouris, but say the vandalism is not connected to the killing. The two Paeroa men, aged 38 and 42, were arrested on Tuesday and charged with wilful damage and theft after flowers, balloons, cards and other memorial items left outside Mr Voudouris' shop on Saturday night were vandalised. Saturday would have been Mr Voudouris' birthday.
