The Empire State Building

This 81-year old building was the world's tallest building until 1973. It became the city's tallest building again with the fall of the World Trade Center in 2001. Donald Trump sold it for $57.5 million in 2002. According to reports the current estimated value of the Empire State Building is at $2.5 billion.
