The Mad Butcher has taken some products off its shelves following a listeria outbreak. Two people have died and two others have recovered from the illness at Hawke's Bay Hospital. A fifth person in Tauranga Hospital has been diagnosed with listeria today. Hawke's Bay company Bay Cuisine, which supplies meat to the hospital and the Mad Butcher, has recalled all its meat products following the outbreak.
