A Greek diet may help prevent skin cancer. A study into its benefits is being presented at the 16th International Congress of Dietetics in Sydney this week. Dr Catherine Itsiopoulos says the traditional Greek-Mediterranean diet includes sun-protective components, such as antioxidants and omega three. She says the research also involved women consuming drinks with high antioxidants.
