Prime Minister John Key faces renewed pressure to sack ACT leader John Banks as a minister, following the release of the police file into donations to his Auckland mayoral campaign. The sworn statements to police include evidence from internet piracy accused Kim Dotcom that at a June 2010 meeting, Mr Banks asked for a $50,000 donation to be split into $25,000 cheques so he wouldn't have to declare where it came from.
