Piracy accused multi-millionaire Kim Dotcom has made a surprise appearance at parliament. He arrived about 1.40pm on Wednesday with his wife, Mona, and watched question time from the front row of the public gallery inside parliament. Dotcom told media his case would be in the Court of Appeal on Thursday, and he was using his time in Wellington as an opportunity to also visit parliament. In July the Crown said it would appeal against the High Court ruling that search warrants used in the police raid on Dotcom's Coatesville mansion, north of Auckland, were illegal.
