A man who'd been living on his boat has been found dead in waters off Auckland's North Shore. The man's body was found at Bayswater Marina at dawn on Thursday by a police search and rescue team on board a launch, a statement from police says. The man, who was in his 50s and had been living on board a boat at the marina, was reported missing by relatives about 1am on Thursday. The man's death is not considered suspicious.
