Two years on from Christchurch's fatal earthquake and many can't believe it's been that long. The violent 6.3 quake struck at 12.51pm two years ago, killing 185 people. Mayor Bob Parker says it doesn't feel like two years have passed. "Sometimes it feels like a lifetime because so much has happened in that space. Other times it feels just like it was yesterday. I'm never sure which it is really, I know we've come a long way but it still feels very real, very fresh, at times very very painful."
