The 9 most obscene on-screen Kardashian diva demands
We've already lost it over the Kardashians' net worth (how is it possible for a reality TV family to earn SO MUCH DOLLAR?), so now we're going to take a look at some of the more ridiculous diva behaviours that have earned them so much attention.
Oh, and money.
1. Kim Kardashian - left, right and centre
Starting as they meant to go on, the very first episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians set the scene for Kim to take centre stage – earning her diva credentials in the opening credits.
You might remember that the theme music accompanied a family photo shoot on the Kardashian/Jenner lawn, but with a notably absent Kimmy-K. She then rocked up late, took over the middle of the shot and (natch) turned around so the focus was on that now-famous booty.
And a star was born.
2. "Would you stop taking pictures of yourself? Your sister is going to jail"
Possibly one of the most iconic moments to have ever come out of a KUWTK episode, Khloe Kardashian was on her way to jail and the rest of her family were, well, worrying about themselves.
It's hard to say who was the biggest diva in this sitch; Kris wanted to stop off at IHOP for breakfast, Rob didn't seem to know what was going on and Kim was, well, taking selfies.
3. Kim doesn't clean poop
When little sister Kendall Jenner wasn't in the mansion to pick up after her own pooch, Kim showed everyone that she was not there to clean up after others.
Momager Kris Jenner came to the rescue, and Kim contributed by throwing sheets of paper in her direction. And there's just no getting away from the look of disgust on her face.
We'd like to think that KKW might have learnt and grown away from the cameras. Now the #proudmama to three children, we're sure she's dealt with her fair share of pooey nappies by now... Right?
4. "I don't need to be walking around like I'm some peasant"
This list is not reserved for the female members of the clan.
Scott is a fully fledged diva, and he took his 'Lord' nickname to a whole new level when he decided to get a title during a trip to London.
Purchasing his "royalty" on the internet, he also took part in a traditional English knighting ceremony for the cameras.
5. "You're putting make-up on to have a baby?"
This quote really could have come out of any one of the Kardashian's mouths, but this one was pure Kourtney.
God forbid your newborn baby meets you while you're not looking your best.
6. Kim's a Princess (Inc.)
This was the actual name of her production company back in the day, the same one that was to launch her very own workout DVD.
What's more, she filmed every single routine in full glam (of Kourse).
7. "I am the view!"
Another standout moment from the E! series that didn't take too long to become an internet meme.
Scott Disick complained that he couldn't watch his television because his then-girlfriend Kourtney was blocking his view – talk about first world problems – but she sassily hit back with the now-famous line: "I am the view!"
Like, duh.
8. "My diamond earring!"
Despite being in the beautiful surroundings of Bora Bora (and in a luxury ocean-side apartment, no less), Kim had a grade A diva meltdown when she discovered that one of her diamonds had fallen into the sea. Oh wait, NOW you can talk about first world problems.
The best part? Her sister Kourtney's response: "Kim, there's people that are dying."
9. "Do you know how to do your own laundry?"
"No."
Kylie Jenner has probably never had to lift a finger around the house in her life. Her chat with big sisters Kim and Khloe before moving out for the first time (into her very own mansion) was excruciating for any of us with genuine responsibilities.
