Angelina Jolie fans stunned after seeing her son Knox for the first time in years

Angelina Jolie fans are going wild after the star took her son Knox as her date to the Governors Awards on Sunday, with many shocked at how grown up and handsome the 16-year-old is now. Knox is, of course, also the son of Brad Pitt, with many social media users sharing their surprise over how the teenager looks so much like his parents.

Knox wore a black tuxedo for the event, while his mum wore a sleeveless gold dress. The red carpet appearance was Knox's first in three years, with his last being at the premiere for Angelina's Marvel film Eternals in 2021.

Following Angelina and Brad's divorce, Knox and his twin sister Vivienne are the only Jolie-Pitt children who are minors and still have a relationship with their father. Their elder sister, Shiloh, recently legally dropped the name 'Pitt' from her surname.

Angelia filed for divorce following an alleged altercation on a plane, which their children were present for. Brad, has previously told GQ Style that he had an alcohol problem, which led to the breakdown of his marriage.

Fans say Knox won the 'genetic lottery'

Fans were shocked to see Knox looking so grown up, with many people taking to social media to share their thoughts on who he looked most like, with many divided on the answer.

"Talk about genetic lottery," one user wrote on X.

"He really got the best of both his parents," another said. "So handsome."

"He took his mom's whole face, good for him," a third joked.

"All the kids have her face omg like Brad’s genes did NOT even try," someone else quipped.
