Anna Faris says marriage to Chris Pratt was a 'mistake'
Her eight year marriage to Hollywood actor Chris Pratt recently came to an abrupt end.
Now Anna Faris has hinted at what caused the break up, whilst giving relationship advice to a listener on the podcast, My Favorite Murder.
“Don’t be afraid to feel your independence if things aren’t right,” the 40-year-old said. “I made that mistake, I think, a little bit, like ‘I’m checking my relationship off the list’ and if that would be the final piece of advice I could give you, that would be know your worth, know your independence.”
The Scary Movie actress, who is mum to Jack, her four-year-old son with Chris, went on to explain that you shouldn't ever feel the need to stay with the wrong person.
“Life is too short to be in relationships where you feel this isn’t fully right or somebody doesn’t have your back, or somebody doesn’t fully value you,” she said.
Her comments have given a glimpse into the possible reasons behind her own recent split.
Since the pair announced their separation, there has been heaps of speculation around the cause, including rumours that Jennifer Lawrence may have been involved as well as Chris' recent transformation from dad bod to babe.
It seems that Anna is feeling positive that she will find love again, as she also told the listener that there were plenty more fish in the sea.

Just yesterday, Anna thanked her fans for their support on her own podcast Unqualified.
“I just want to thank you all so much for all the love I’ve been receiving," she said. "I truly love you.”
