He’s already got so much filler in his lip he can’t close them, but ‘Living Ken Doll’ Jonathan Dylan is determined to pump up his lips even more – no matter what the cost.

In a new episode of E! Entertainment show Botched, the 27-year-old can be seen having a consultation with Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow.

“Growing up, I’ve always been obsessed with dolls, and I’ve really wanted to look like that. So, when I was 25 I started getting Botox and fillers, I became obsessed with lip injections,” Jonathan tells them.

With his lips looking painfully pumped up, surgeons look worried as they try to get Jonathan - who reportedly spends $13,450 a year on procedures - to close his lips together.

“Jonathan has what we call ‘lip incompetence’ which means he can’t close his lips to a perfect seal,” says Dr. Terry Dubrow.

“That means he already has too much filler in his lip and to go any further could cause him very significant problems.”

When quizzed about what could happen if he has more injections, Jonathan admits he’s well aware of the dangers and the possibility he could block the blood vessels going to the lips and kill the surrounding skin.

“The skin is going to be dead… and I’m going to have no lips,” he says.

Despite this, the Vancouver local who admits he's been refused procedures in the past, but simply finds someone else who is happy to do them, explains he still isn't happy.

"Definitely now I am really known for my big lips," he told the DailyMail in January. "I'm still not happy with the size though, I want them to be much bigger."
