I'm a Celebrity sends off Holly with a major TV blunder
I'm a Celebrity has said goodbye (at least for now) to Holly Willoughby with a heartwarming and dignified tribute honouring her huge impact on the ratings. Only kidding, they botched it!
Holly was back on screens presenting with Dec Donnelly for the I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Coming Out special on Wednesday (December 12) to look back on what the campmates did next after leaving the jungle.
The hour ended with Dec teasing Holly possibly returning next year (either as a co-presenter with himself and Ant or maybe even as a campmate), leading into what should have been a mundane credit roll.
We stressed "should have been" because the first thing viewers saw was that I'm a Celebrity had somehow managed to spell Holly's surname wrong on her very last night presenting – that should be 'Willoughby' not 'Willougby'.
As we've learned by now, I'm a Celebrity fans never turn down a chance to point out a possible voting fix or TV fail, so they were all over this unfortunate snafu:
Did @ITV spell Holly’s name incorrectly the whole way through, or just the round up show? #hollywillougby #HollyWilloughby #imaceleb

Digital Spy has reached out to ITV for a response to the technical flub on Holly's final episode.
There will be plenty of opportunities for ITV editors to spell her surname correctly in the New Year. Earlier on Wednesday, Phillip Schofield confirmed that he will be reunited with Holly on screen soon.
The only trouble for fans of the This Morning duo is that there will be a slight delay – the first time they'll be together again on telly won't actually be until Dancing on Ice arrives in 2019.
I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Coming Out aired on Wednesday on ITV.
