Aussie actress Teresa Palmer has welcomed her third child, a baby girl with the sweetest name.

She shared the good news on social media alongside a sweet snap introducing little Poet Lake to the world.

“Our beautiful little girl Poet Lake Palmer arrived Friday night on April 12th. She is pure magic, we feel like we are in a dream,” she wrote.

Teresa and husband, filmmaker Mark Webber, already have two boys together, Bodhi Rain, five, and Forest Sage, two. Mark also has a son, Isaac Love, 10, from a previous relationship.

“I whispered her a poem as soon as she was born. Our beautiful baby girl Poet Lake Palmer has arrived. We’re all in total bliss …,” proud dad Mark wrote on Instagram.

The sweet post quickly gained 75k likes, with fans and fellow famous mums sharing their congratulations and well-wishes for the couple.

Congratulations! So happy for you guys,” fellow Aussie star Claire Holt, who recently welcomed her first child, commented.

“Congratulations beautiful,” Miranda Kerr added.

Teresa first announced the news the couple were expecting back in October, with a sweet video of her whole family dancing to the classic Beatles song ‘Twist and Shout’.

In the clip, she turned to the side to show off her baby bump, revealing the news.

The Hacksaw Ridge star married Mark, an American director and actor, back in 2013.

In 2017, she opened up about wanting more children when chatting with Yahoo Lifestyle at the Berlin Syndrome premiere in Sydney.

“I want so many more children, and I also just bought a house in Adelaide, so I would love for Adelaide to be my primary home and for my home in LA be the secondary residence,” she explained.
