Beyoncé has sparked speculation that she could announce a world tour or album in the new year.
The pop superstar, 43, made her much-anticipated return to the stage on Christmas Day with a half-time show at an NFL game in her hometown of Houston, Texas.
The 13-minute set, which was streamed live on Netflix, marked Beyoncé's first show since her country-themed album Cowboy Carter was released in March. She brought out surprise guests including Post Malone, Shaboozey and her eldest daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.
After the gig, she teased a announcement due to arrive on 14 January. The singer's social media pages shared a brief teaser clip of her sitting on a white horse and waving a US flag. The cryptic clip was captioned "Look at that horse," a lyric from her track Sweet Honey Buckiin'.

Beyoncé is keeping tight-lipped about the nature of her January announcement. However, her return to live performing may pave the way for a Cowboy Carter tour or a follow-up album. The video was reposted on social media by gig promoters Live Nation, fuelling rumours that a tour is imminent.
Shortly before Christmas, unverified reports in The Sun claimed that the singer will head on a stadium tour in 2025. The newspaper said the dates would be announced "in the coming weeks" and would include shows at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
However, the singer's representative Yvette Noel-Schure dismissed similar reports in November, tweeting: "Untrue. Nothing to report here. Whenever there is any news, you will hear it directly from the source first."
The Cuff It hitmaker last performed in the UK during 2023's acclaimed Renaissance World Tour. That run of sell-out shows included gigs in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Sunderland.
2025 could be another big year for the musician, who leads the Grammy nominations with 11 nods ahead of February's ceremony. Cowboy Carter is in the running for album of the year and best country album, while track Texas Hold 'Em is up for the coveted record of the year, song of the year and country song of the year.
Beyoncé made history in 2023 by becoming the most decorated artist in Grammy history, picking up her 32nd gong.
The sprawling 27-track album is the second part of a three-act project recorded during the pandemic. The disco-inspired first act, Renaissance, was released in July 2022.
What happened during Beyoncé's NFL performance?
The star's NFL half-time show, dubbed the 'Beyoncé Bowl', took place during Baltimore Ravens' win over the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium. It is available to watch as a standalone special on Netflix now.
She opened the Christmas Day gig by riding a white horse into the venue while singing 16 Carriages. She later duetted Sweet Honey Buckiin' with US singer Shaboozey, and Levii's Jeans with rapper Post Malone.
She also covered The Beatles' 1968 classic Blackbird and Dolly Parton's country anthem Jolene. She closed the set with her UK number one track Texas Hold 'Em, and Blue Ivy appeared as her lead dancer with a Cowboy Carter sash.
In a tribute to western and rodeo culture, Beyoncé brought on guest stars including Mexican cowgirl Melanie Rivera, bull-riding star Myrtis Dightman and the first black rodeo queen in Arkansas, Ja'Dayia Kursh.

Beyoncé is reported to have been paid $20m (£16m) for the performance, as part of her wider deal with Netflix. The musician has history with the NFL, having performed at the Super Bowl half-time show in both 2013 and 2016.
