Busy Philipps treated for sunburnt eyeballs

Busy Philipps is recovering after sunburning her eyeballs.
The 'Vice Principals' star she was treated for a condition called Photokeratitis at the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, where she stayed overnight on Tuesday (20.03.18).
Busy, 38, revealed on Instagram: "I'M FINE! This is just my vibe, guys!...
"spent last night at Cedars after I couldn't sleep because it felt like there were shards of glass in both my eyes. I have Photo Keratitis from bright lights/sun exposure! WHO EVEN KNEW THAT WAS A THING? (sic)"
Photokeratitis is a painful condition which occurs when the corneas of the eyes are exposed to ultraviolet light. The damage can be quick to heal, but the most common treatment is to be isolated in a dark room until the condition improves, and to wear sunglasses.
Busy posted a video of herself wearing shades and joked: "I sunburned my eyes from my photo shoot today. I was just saying though it's so on-brand I get one big magazine cover and I do one photo shoot and I burn my eyeballs."
The 'Cougar Town' actress - who has daughters Birdie, nine, and Cricket, four, with her husband Marc Silverstein - recently revealed she had been suffering from an allergy that gave her a rash under her eyes.
Meanwhile, Busy has told how she uses exercise to help her to cope with her anxiety.
Alongside a picture of herself in her gym attire on Instagram, Busy wrote: "How much sweat is too much sweat? Someone asked me if people like my sweaty Instagram stories and my feeling is that, honestly, I don't really care all that much. I post those for myself, as a f**k yes for showing up. I have anxiety and I have a tendency towards depression but I have found if I sweat like this, EVERY SINGLE DAY, I feel better, I'm calmer, I'm a better mom and those fogs of anxiety or sadness seem a little lighter.
