White Castle may be famous for its hamburgers, but the fast food chain has a variety of offerings for those craving something other than meat. Impossible and Veggie Sliders are two meatless options, while Fish Nibblers are a great bite-sized treat.

With the addition of two new menu items on Friday, White Castle just welcomed pescatarians and seafood lovers even more into its club. Joining its line-up this spring is a brand-new Panko Breaded Fish Slider. Along for the ride is a returning fan-favorite: Shrimp Nibblers.

The fish sliders feature a wild-caught Alaska pollock, which is coated in a crispy panko breading. A slice of American cheese tops off this flaky treat. The nibblers are made from butterfly shrimp tossed in a buttermilk-flavored batter. Both items are available for a limited time only, so order up while you still can. If you observe Lent like I do, you also have two new ways to help you stick to meatless fasts this season.

If the Panko Breaded Fish Sliders are calling your name, you can scoop up several without burning a hole in your wallet. That's because White Castle also just brought back its "3 for $3" slider variety deal to select cities. You can also mix-and-match a fish slider with three other items from the menu: the Chicken Ring Slider; the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Slider; and the Bacon Cheese Slider.

I suddenly have a desire to watch Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. You can join me, but don't forget to bring sliders.
