Carrie Bickmore shocks after throwing up live on The Project
Carrie Bickmore was left disgusted on Tuesday night's episode of The Project after sampling jellyfish and chips following a segment on sustainable fishing.
Experts suggest jellyfish are a more sustainable alternative to your regular fish and chips, though the taste might not be for everyone it seems.
Carrie may have been impressed by the benefits of eating jellyfish, but the texture wasn't something she could stomach.
The meal featured seasons strips of jellyfish and chips and upon seeing the dish Carrie said, "It's all in the head isn't it? To me, that's already making me feel queasy."

Her first mouthful didn't go down very well with the presenter having a physical reaction to the food, clearly finding it disgusting.
Ryan 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald was also left unimpressed by the dish, saying, "That is horrible!"
"It's the sliminess," Carrie exclaimed, "It's the texture...! It's all those little slidy things."
After Waleed insisted it tasted fine to him, Carrie tried it again, because she didn't want to offend the chef.
"It's not good!" she said as a strip of jellyfish came out of her mouth.
The host then quickly threw it back up into the container, much to Waleed's horror.
"Carrie!" Waleed said, Carrie quickly clarified, "It's the texture. The flavour's beautiful."
Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the segment with one user writing, "Why run a serious story about overfishing, offer a solution with jellyfish then have Carrie carry on about how awful jellyfish is? Theres no point to the story now. Come on guys."
Another user added, "You're not selling it well, guys."
Someone else agreed, "Guys, you literally just turned a serious topic about endangered fish being OVERFISHED into a joke about jellyfish. Wtf?"
One user said, "Had jellyfish. Bland and texture. Depending on how it’s prepared."
