Two people will face court accused of being responsible for a spate of robberies targeting pizza shops across Sydney's west.
NSW Police say the crime wave began on January 14 when a 30-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman broke into pizza shop at Wentworthville, stealing cash from the safe.
Over the next 10 days the pair allegedly broke in and stole cash from another 15 takeaway pizza businesses across the west.
The pair were arrested on Tuesday night when police raided a hotel room at Prospect, seizing mobile phones, more than $3000 cash and clothing.
They were charged with 17 counts of aggravated break and enter, dwelling in company and steal.
They were refused bail to appear at Blacktown Local Court on Wednesday.
