Chloë Moretz talks Brooklyn Beckham break-up: 'I wanted to hide'
Actress Chloë Grace Moretz has opened up about her difficult break-up from Brooklyn Beckham last year.
The If I Stay star - who has recently reunited with her on-off boyfriend after a year apart - said she was hit hard by the split and became a "hermit."
“I went through a hard year and I’m not going to hide that,” Chloe, told Stellar. “I had to deal with this new level of fame while I was growing up, I was getting out of a relationship and all of it was very public. I wanted to hide.”
The 20-year-old admits she became a "hermit for a bit" and felt as if "things were falling apart," so she turned to her family for help.
“They were like, 'That’s all great that you want to go away—but you can’t. You are your own person. You’re going to have to deal with this sort of thing," she told the publication. "I felt like things were falling apart, like my head and heart weren’t in the same place. Things started to change when I realised I have the power within to change them.”
The young couple, who met at SoulCycle in 2014 when Brooklyn was there with his famous parents, however appear to have put their difficulties behind them.
After confirming they are well they are back on, they've been spotted cosying up at several LA events looking super loved-up.
Let's hope this time it's third time lucky for these two.
