The model and cookbook author shares her four kids with husband John Legend

Chrissy Teigen is ready to celebrate with her son!

On Friday, the Cravings cookbook author and model, 37, smiled as she posed with her 11-week-old son Wren in a selfie posted to her Instagram Story. Holding her son in one arm and snapping the photo with the other, Teigen smiled as Wren looked straight into the camera.

"Ready to party," she wrote over the photo.

Teigen shares her four kids — sons Wren and Miles, 5, and daughters Esti, 8 months, and Luna, 7 — with husband John Legend, 44.

Earlier this week, the mom of four teased her 10th wedding anniversary celebration with Legend, sharing a photo of a scenic location to her Instagram Story with the caption “10th anniversary weekend is commmming.”

Legend also shared a few photos this week of the couple's family, posting a carousel of photos that featured all four of their kids. In one photo, Legend held Esti as the two smiled together for a selfie. In another, Luna held Wren as they sat outside on a picnic blanket.

In other photos, Legend posed with Teigen before a Beyoncé concert, Esti wore adorable heart-shaped sunglasses, the "All of Me" singer posed with Miles at a stadium and Wren smiled in his crib.

"Lately: Renaissance Tour 🪩🪩🪩🪩 + Babies, babies, babies," Legend captioned his post.

While speaking with PEOPLE in August, Teigen opened up about starting to travel with her two younger kids.

"We just got back from a little trip to Mexico. We actually planned this a long time ago before we knew that we'd have the type of babies that could do this kind of thing," she told PEOPLE. "But luckily, we got so lucky with Esti and Wren that they are actually the easiest parts of our family now."

"Wren is just such a sleepy love bug. I think he's still meant to be in the tummy — he really doesn't seem to wake up for much, but now he's getting much more aware. His eyes are really present and really focused," Teigen said of her infant son.

"Esti, she came out swinging. She was ready to live and thrive and she's just so sweet and smiling," she told PEOPLE about her daughter.

"Miles and Luna are the coconuts. They're crazy, bonkers and a lot to keep up with, but they help us so much with the babies. We did the right thing, being able to travel with all of them, and we had a really fun couple of weeks with them."
