Michael Clarke has linked up with Roxy Jacenko's PR agency.

On Friday, Jacenko revealed the former Aussie cricket captain has joined her at The Ministry of Talent.

Jacenko represents a plethora of Australian celebrities including the likes of pop star Samantha Jade.

And now she's added cricket great Clarke to her stable.

In an official announcement, Jacenko's company spruiked Clarke's “incredible skills on and off the field” and his work “as a businessman, motivational speaker, charity ambassador, podcast host, (and) media personality”.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Clarke is teaming up with Jacenko "in a bid to rejuvenate his image after his short-lived romance with P.E Nation co-founder Pip Edwards made headlines for all the wrong reasons."

Edwards was criticised on a number of occasions for her "tone-deaf" social media posts, which regularly featured Clarke.

In December they were spotted hosting a party on a $15 million super-yacht to celebrate Clarke's Order of Australia honour.

Clarke and Edwards confirmed their split in February, only to be photographed kissing just weeks later.

However they've both confirmed that things are now officially over.

Clarke was married to ex-wife Kyle for seven years before they split in 2019.

Roxy Jacenko's falling out with Candice Warner

The latest development comes after Jacenko's public falling out with Candice Warner - wife of Clarke's former teammate David.

In October, Warner and Jacenko ended their friendship after appearing on Channel 7 reality show SAS Australia together.

Jacenko, who had publicly supported the Warners during the infamous ball-tampering scandal in 2018, was forced to fight Candice in a boxing bout on the show.

"Is she really my friend anymore? No,” Roxy told Kyle and Jackie O last year.

“You know why I never hit back? Because it’d be like being in a ring with Jackie. You’re my mate, and I’m not going to smack you in the face for other people’s entertainment.

“You wouldn’t continue punching when the person - me - turns their back and continue punching them in the back of the head.

"In boxing, that’s totally not allowed. The reality is, I can’t punch my then-friend in the face for people’s entertainment.

“You look back and go, ‘F**k, I should have whacked her one’, but you know what? I’m bigger than that and I’ve got respect for other people.”

But Candice later rubbished Roxy’s account of the incident.

Let’s just say we know what we were getting ourselves into and there was an opportunity before the fight to pull out," Candice said.

“At that moment if we wanted to we could say no we don’t want to do this but we both chose to glove up, put the helmet on.”

She tried to but she couldn’t land a punch. That’s the honest truth.”
