If you’re in the market for some cute new ‘fits for those at-home workouts, we’ve got the best news for you: Demi Lovato just dropped a new collection with Fabletics. Even better? She announced that proceeds from each purchase will go directly to frontline workers battling coronavirus (COVID-19). So there’s no better reason to click “add to cart” on this adorable fitness gear and leisurewear.
The “I Love Me” singer revealed that she grappled with the decision to release the new collection amid the coronavirus pandemic and “thought hard” about postponing the launch. However, she and her team decided that “there’s no better time to inspire others.”
“In addition to lifting up those in need right now, it’s so important for us all to feel empowered, invincible, and strong from the inside out,” Lovato wrote on social media announcing the launch.
“I hope you’ll join me on our journey to project positivity, build inner strength, and boost each other up!” she added. “This is our chance to help the people in our community who need it most during this extraordinary time.”
We love Lovato’s message—but we love even more that $5 from each item sold will provide essential gear to frontline workers fighting coronavirus.
Fabletics is working with the World Health Organization’s COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund, powered by the United Nations Foundation. It’s pledged to donate up to $125,000, based on purchases made today through June 30th. So you’ve got plenty of time to grab some leggings for your quarantine-wear while giving back to those in need.
Featuring a vibrant mix of tops and jackets, high-impact sports bras, and supportive, high-waisted leggings, the collection itself is super cute. And it’s perfect for both getting your sweat on indoors or going for a safe, socially-distanced walk, jog, or hike. Or, you know, whether your big plans for the day include moving from your bed to your sofa for more Netflix marathons—no shame or judgment from us!
