Nicole Kidman's latest Instagram photo caused a brief moment of for confusion for one of her co-stars, after the Aussie star took to the social media platform to express her gratitude on Thanksgiving Day.

"Feeling grateful," the 57-year-old actress captioned the pic, looking serene as she lifted her face towards the sun and leaned against a balcony.

As fans expressed their gratitude back to her — "We are grateful to have you in our lives! Happy Thanksgiving, Nic," one person said, while another commented, "I'm grateful for your life, grateful for your existence, and grateful for everything you provide us with through your talent and influence," — it was one of Nicole's former co-stars who stole the show in the comments section.

Joey King, who played Nicole's daughter in Netflix rom-com A Family Affair, was left momentarily confused by a small detail in Nicole's photo.

"I thought that was a glass of milk for a second," she said, referring to the tea cup Nicole was holding. Other fans were quick to like her comment, with some agreeing "me too 🤣" and someone else saying, "right lol... 'drinking milk… But make it fashion.'"

Nicole Kidman and her husband, Keith Urban, are reportedly considering a move back to Australia after "their worst year yet". It comes after an insider told Yahoo Lifestyle that Keith wouldn't be opposed to reprising his coaching role on The Voice Australia as he "does miss coaching and being home".

After losing her mother, Janelle, in September, Nicole has been busy flying around the world to promote her new movie Babygirl. The Oscar winner's family are believed to be worried about her 'burning out', with insiders telling Woman's Day that Nicole and Keith are increasingly contemplating moving back to Australia.

Nicole, Keith and their daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, flew to Sydney for Janelle's funeral in October, with the family returning to the US soon after. The family splits their time between Nashville, Beverly Hills and New York, but still own property in Australia, including a farmhouse in the Southern Highlands, and two penthouses in Sydney.

Nicole told Variety last month, "It's very hard for me to go, 'Okay, I'm just going to take care of myself,' because I'm so much about taking care of other people."

"I'm thinking, 'I can create more work for people. I can create jobs for people.' And also, I love it. I have the passion."

"I've just got to take care of my body. I wish I had superpowers because I would love to be everywhere."
