Disney Is Selling a New Boozy Dole Whip Float That’s Topped With Popping Candy and Rum

Dole Whip has got its own special thing going on. It’s definitely not ice cream, but it looks like it—and it tastes like a scoop of pineapple-flavored heaven.

Now, there’s a new take on Dole Whip at Disney World’s Polynesian Resort, and it’ll have you ready to book a flight ASAP. It’s called Polynesian Lava You, and it’s a boozy float with a Dole Whip base.

According to Disney Food Blog, the Polynesian Lava You is made with Dole Whip pineapple soft serve and passion fruit orange guava juice (aka POG juice), all topped off with popping candy. It also comes with a shot of coconut rum that you can sip alone or pour over top.

Apparently, this treat tastes as amazing as it sounds: “It’s very tart and fruity but not too sweet,” the blog’s authors wrote. “Just as we suspected, when the POG Juice mixed with pineapple Dole Whip, it was a symphony of flavors almost as enchanting as the Tiki Room itself!” Dang, that sounds good.

The treat is currently being served at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, and it’s apparently similar to but different from the I Lava You Float that’s served at Disney’s Sunshine Tree Terrace. That Dole Whip–based dessert is made with strawberry Fanta soda, orange Dole Whip, strawberry and red passion fruit syrups, and strawberry popping candy.

Want to try the Polynesian Lava You? It’s $15.25 for the boozy version and $5.99 if you decide to forgo the alcohol. Either way, yum.
