Another day, another Kardashian drama and today the beef is between Kylie Jenner and world-famous rap superstar Drake.

Rumours about the pair dating have been circulating for a while now, with fans speculating about whether or not they may have hooked up shortly after Kylie's split from Stormi's dad, Travis Scott, in October 2019.

Adding fuel to the rumours, an unreleased Drake song was previously leaked in which he refers to the makeup mogul (and the world's youngest billionaire, no big deal) as his “side-piece”.

The lyrics go:

“Yeah, I’m a hater to society / Real s-t, Kylie Jenner is a side-piece / Yeah, I got 20 motherf–king Kylies."

The song even goes on to name drop model Gigi Hadid and Kylie’s sister, Kendall Jenner:

“Yeah, I got 20 damn Kendalls / Young slim baddies and they in vogue / Yeah, I got 20 f–kin’ Gigis.”

This week, while streaming a set for fans on Instagram Live to stream a set for his fans, the Canadian rapper played the song once more.

Fans jumped to Kylie's defence at the move, criticising Drake for bringing the song up again.

But, it appears the choice to run the song wasn't entirely in his hands, as the rapper took to Instagram the following day to apologise for the move.

“A song that mark ran last night on night owl sound live set shouldn’t have been played,” Drake shared.

“It’s a song that leaked 3 years ago and got scrapped shortly after. He was just going too deep in the drake/future catalogue. Last thing I’d want to do is wake up having any friends of mine feeling disrespected so I just had to say that to start the day.”

Good on the rapper for apologising so quickly. But we've got to know... what do you reckon?
