The Duke of Sussex 'is hoping for a baby girl'

The Duke of Sussex has reportedly revealed he hopes his wife gives birth to a baby girl.
The Duke and Duchess recently announced they're preparing for the arrival of their first child, and the Duke has apparently revealed his preferred gender during an event in Sydney, Australia, on Sunday (21.10.18).
In the midst of a cycling race in the city, a well-wisher called out to the Duke: "Congratulations, I hope it's a girl"
And, according to the Daily Mirror newspaper, the Duke replied: "So do I!"
The Duke and Duchess are currently enjoying a royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Tonga.
However, the Duchess - who was known as Meghan Markle prior to marrying her husband at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in May - has been forced to withdraw from some of her planned engagements due to tiredness.
Meanwhile, Thomas Markle - the Duchess' father - has revealed he was "filled with love, joy, and happiness" following the royals' baby announcement.
Thomas, 74, admitted he feels "proud" that he's set to become a grandfather.
The former lighting director - who previously claimed his daughter would be "nothing" without him - said: "I was sitting in line waiting to cross the border when I heard the baby announcement on the car radio. The first thing I thought about was holding Meghan in my arms as a newborn 37 years ago.
"I thought, 'My baby is having a baby.' It was a very proud moment. I was filled with love, joy and happiness for both my beautiful daughter and my son-in-law. A new baby is a blessing and I look forward to seeing a little Meghan or a little Harry."
