Game of Thrones doesn't shy away from a steamy sex scene.
Now Emilia Clarke has spoken out about the backlash she received after THAT on-screen moment in the season seven finale, which left some fans shocked.
In case you missed it, her character, Daenerys Targaryen, got very hot and heavy with Jon Snow, played by Kit Harrington, and some viewers thought there was a little too much, err, flesh.
However, Emilia - who has played the strong female lead for the show's entirety - has defended the decision to display the character's raunchy antics.
"I’m starting to get really annoyed about this stuff now because people say, 'Oh, yeah, all the porn sites went down when Game of Thrones came back on…'" she told Harper's Baazar.
Emilia, 31, has appeared nude several time throughout the course of the show, including a rape scene in season one.
"There are so many shows centered around this very true fact that people reproduce," Emilia continued. "People f**k for pleasure — it’s a part of life."
She had previously described the now infamous sex scene as "weird" in a behind-the-scenes interview with HBO.
