Erin Napier is sharing husband Ben’s quirky sleeping habit.

“I want you to know that holds furniture when he sleeps,” the Home Town star wrote on Instagram Thursday. “Bedside tables, lamps, chairs, bedposts. Whatever he can reach as he falls asleep. I love this weirdo.”

The accompanying photo shows Ben snoozing with his arms and legs spread out on a plush red armchair and ottoman as he grips the neck of a nearby lamp.

Several commenters on the post found Ben’s napping position relatable.

“Love this! I thought my husband was the only one 😂when he’s asleep, he holds onto the nightstand,” wrote one.

Someone else noted that they shared the habit due to vertigo, writing, “I’m ok when I sleep on my left side, but as soon as I turn over on my right I’m looking for something to hold onto to ground me.”

“[It’s] about the ways we become attached to our houses as if they are part of our family,” she told PEOPLE. “And it doesn't matter how beautiful or how normal, how average that house is, it's this bubble where all these amazing milestones in a lifetime happen. We should be documenting our houses no matter what they look like.”

“I wanted to make every chapter a room where I write down the major milestone memories,” Erin added. “And what I found was I wasn't really writing about a house — I was writing about life and about the challenges in life.”
