Kylie Jenner fans have been left unimpressed with the reality star, calling one of her latest Instagram posts "disturbing".
The 24-year-old, who is currently pregnant with her second baby, is launching a new Halloween themed makeup collaboration between Kylie Cosmetics and the 1984 horror film franchise Nightmare On Elm Street.
To celebrate, Kylie posed naked covered in fake blood, writing, "MY KYLIE X NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET COLLECTION LAUNCHES TOMORROW!"
Some of the commenters thought the photo was amazing with many simply commenting with fire or heart eye emojis.
"All hail the queen!!!! My beautiful baby!!!!!!!!" Kylie's sister Khloe Kardashian commented.
But many others were unimpressed by the photo with one user writing, "Low key disturbing..."
"What the f**k Kylie?" another wrote.
"What kind of satanic s**t is this?" a third added.
"The fact that you find this appealing is what's actually horrifying," someone else commented.
"Honestly I find this really disturbing since she’s pregnant," one person wrote.
"This was not a good idea," another bluntly added.
"How does this promote her makeup?!" someone else questioned.
"Halloween or not, this is sick and disturbing," another said.
Some said it gave them "Carrie vibes" referencing the 1976 film, while others said it was "in such poor taste".
Others brought up the point that it could be a triggering post for some.
"On mental health awareness day, I scroll through my feed and see so many positive uplifting things and then this?" one user commented. "I usually don’t comment on stuff but this seems a little tone deaf for the times we are in. Super unnecessary.. and really uncomfortable to look at."
"No hate, even if it's for brands please put a trigger warning next time," another said.
