- All right, let's jump in to our fantasy face off where we take two similarly ranked players and we duke it out. With 20 seconds on the clock here, Tank, we're going to jump right into through with a quarterback conversation. We're going to go Jared Goff versus Gardner Minshew. Tell me why you like Jared Goff here.
- Well 49ers defense is giving up the 12th most points to fancy quarterbacks. And as we saw last week, my man [INAUDIBLE] came through Santa Clara and beat the Niners down. And that secondary is still beat up. Sherman is not coming back. They've actually given up two rushing touchdowns this year. And Jared Goff has actually run for two touchdowns. So this game is either going to be ugly or a shootout. And I'm banking on the shootout so Goff should get off.
- I like that. I like that call, but give me Gardner Minshew just a little bit ahead of Jared Goff. I think he hears DJ Chark is going to be playing. Even if Chark is not 100%, even if he's not fully involved in the offense, I think his presence on the field opens things up. He's that type of receiver, especially from a vertical perspective. Love Laviska Shenault in this game.
I think all of these guys together can bring a pretty good performance for Gardner Minshew against a [INAUDIBLE] defense in Detroit. They can't rush the passer and cannot cover.
